Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. A list of countries where we ship is available at checkout.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and will be clearly displayed for your consideration before any purchase is made.
Customs and VAT
For destinations within the European Union tax is collected according to EU regulation, tax is clearly displayed at checkout once shipping details have been inputed. For destinations outside the EU, BOBLBEE collects no tax. Any incurred import charges and/or tax is the responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced by the shipper in most cases. BOBLBEE does not have the possibility to calculate tax or customs, we refer to your local customs office for information about cost of goods import to your country.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise in the original packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise for a prompt refund.
BOBLBEE does not provide return shipping labels; buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and handling. Please use the return form included with your order. If the return form is missing or lost, contact us at shop@boblbee.com to receive a replacement.
Warranty
Boblbee products are covered under a two year factory warranty.
