TERMS OF USE
I. You will be bound to your order once you send it. Boblbee AB is bound once you receive an order confirmation which is sent by e-mail after Boblbee has accepted your order. If the order is not in stock we will send you an e-mail.
1. PRICES
All prices stated are valid in accordance with Swedish tax regulations and Swedish law. Delivery costs are not included and will be clearly stated on your order. Please note, for European countries outside the EU, costs for customs and duties where applicable, will be charged by the transporter.
2. RIGHT TO RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise in the original packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise for a prompt refund.
For orders outside of the EU, we do not accept returns on discounted items.

b. Give your order number and request a Merchandise Return Form. When you have filled in and sent us your Merchandise Return Form you can return your unused merchandise to us. You have to pay for the shipment. If you are returning your item for credit, your credit card will be credited the price of the product/products and VAT, excluding shipping costs. As soon as we have received the goods and approved the return, we will credit your account. As the repayment process involves a number of stages, your money will normally appear back in your account within 1-2 weeks.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
Defective or damaged goods must be returned to Boblbee AB within 14 days on receipt of the goods.
Contact shop@boblbee.com com and state your order number, why you are returning the product and request a Merchandise Return Form. When you have filled in and sent us your Merchandise Return Form you can return your unused merchandise to us. You have to pay for the shipment.
When completing the Merchandise Return Form you will be asked to specify whether you prefer a credit to your account or if you are requesting a replacement item to be shipped.
NOTE: Replaced items must be identical (including colour) to your original order.
If the return is due to a manufacturing or Boblbee AB:s error, the initial shipping and return charges will be waived. As soon as we have received the goods and approved the return, we send a replacement product or credit your account. As the repayment process involves a number of stages, your money will normally appear back in your account within 1-2 weeks. In the event of dispute, Swedish law shall apply.
4. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failing to perform one of his obligations, if such failure was caused by a natural catastrophe, Acts of God, civil or military emergency, fire, flood, strikes, labour market conflicts, epidemics, war, insurrection, riots or any other cause outside the reasonable control of the party. In the event of force majeure, the party concerned shall be obliged to inform the other party in writing that the reason why he has failed to perform his side of the contract was caused by force majeure. If the reason for failing to perform continues for more than six months, both parties shall have the right to terminate the contract by written notification to the other party.
Boblbee AB Limited Warranty
The Warranty contained herein is the whole and exclusive warranty made by Boblbee AB and there are no other warranties expressed or implied, including a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability made with respect to any product.
Boblbee AB is not liable for any injury mishap or loss incurred as the result of use of this product. The user of this product acknowledges and assumes any risks associated with such use and waives any and all claims against Boblbee AB, its owners, staff, representatives, agents and assigns.
All products manufactured by Boblbee AB are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship according to the following conditions:
Warranty of Materials and Workmanship:
Products (not including nondurable parts such as ratchet straps, bungee cords, cords, lines etc) that prove defective within a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase, will be repaired or replaced, at the exclusive option of Boblbee AB, free of charge to the owner. Boblbee AB will not pay for any shipping and handling fees. Customers will pay for shipping and handling to and from a repair centre, as designated by Boblbee AB.
The warranty will be null and void if the product is used in a commercial application, has been structurally altered in any manner, or the product has been stressed beyond the normal physical limits of the materials.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, abrasions or abnormal abuse of the product. Damage caused by extreme use is not covered by this warranty.
Boblbee AB reserves the right to modify its designs, specifications or products without notice and without incurring any obligations to modify, retrofit or incorporate such changes into any products in production, in the possession of retailers or in use by customers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate any changes in design or specification.
Regarding kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Boards original Owner Warranties are activated only upon receipt by Boblbee AB of the "Warranty Registration Card" as supplied with the product or online at www.point65.com. The owner shall complete the "Warranty Registration Card" and return it by mail using the supplied address or by using the appropriate form available online at www.point65.com. The warranty of such product is only activated upon receipt of the warranty card/registration online within 30 days of the original purchase.
Original sales receipt should be produced with warranty claims on all products as proof of purchase.
